For your Information

  • You are responsible for your dog. I do not accept any liability for damage to any property, injury to the dog or to you.
  • I do not give false promises or unrealistic tasks, I will be totally honest with you and you might not like what I say.
  • You will be expected to put in time, work and effort. If you are not prepared to do this, then I cannot help you.
  • I work shifts & can be called out at anytime. You will not be charged for any cancelled appointments by me or yourself.
  • If you decide my advice is too honest and decide you'll love your dog just the way he is, payment will still be required.

  • If I cannot help due to a medical condition and you haven't seeked advice prior to my arrival, the same rate will apply.

I do not want to cloud over my service to you or get bogged down with the legal side of things but in this day and age of a

"every blame there is a claim" culture, I have to protect myself and my business. I hope that you can understand this.

Many Thanks.
